Service Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please notify your barber or braider before leaving the shop so adjustments can be made.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled time with 24-hour notice. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Retail products are final sale unless defective.
